Oatmeal Cottage Cheese Pancakes
Quick, delicious and simple, Oatmeal Cottage Cheese Pancakes are a great choice when you need something tasty but don’t want to spend hours in the kitchen.
- 4 Eggs
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
- 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
Put all of your ingredients into a blender or mixing bowl and mix all of the ingredients together until you get a nice batter.
Grease your skillet and put on medium heat.
Put 1/4 Cup of your batter into the hot skillet and cook just like you would any other pancake. Cook the pancake until the top starts to bubble from the edges toward the center.
Flip your oatmeal cottage cheese pancake(s) and finish cooking until golden brown.
Add your favorite topping(s), and enjoy.
